Most of the existing cardiovascular diseases can be modified through lifestyle changes. The two most important elements to obtain a healthier lifestyle are exercise and nutrition.

Integrating soya in the diet is an easy way to obtain a healthier nutritional profile. Today, a lot of scientific evidence shows that soya can actively help to lower cholesterol levels (FDA-USA & JHCI-UK).

Two independent organisations have approved a health claim, which says: “The inclusion of at least 25g of soya protein a day as part of a diet low in saturated fat can help reduce cholesterol in the blood". Scientific evidence has shown that soya protein can lower blood cholesterol levels. Other soya components may also exert a beneficial cardiovascular effect.
